Kids Yoga

Teaching kids is a big opportunity to plant a little seed of light in their souls, their hearts and minds, helping them to become aware of themselves.

During the first pandemic lockdown I realized how that abrupt suspension of life, the privation of freedom and sociality, were terribly affecting kids psychology, undermining their own landmarks.

That’s the reason why I decided to focus on them, and started teaching Yoga as a game, involving all the family in a unique experience, a new way to connect parents with children, spending time together on holiday and free time, finding balance and relaxation.
