This retreat program is for people who want to go deeper into the self and reconnect with their own lost wild side, nature, and the Universe.

Shamanic Yoga and Shamanism helps man to return to nature and to beauty, which is also freedom, immortality, and joy. We must nourish the soul, which is the ability to love, to desire, to have visions, to produce dreams, to imagine, to want, to get excited (Selene Calloni Williams).

In this retreat, we do not use plant medicines, but you will experience healing through deep ancestral spiritual practices and ceremonies.

 The shamanic medicine wheel is an ancient spiritual tool that has been utilized by indigenous cultures for centuries. Rooted in the wisdom of nature, it represents a holistic approach to healing, personal growth, and spiritual transformation.

The Magic starts out of your comfort zone.

RETREAT SCHEDULE EXAMPLE
– 4 DAYS RETREAT - 

Day 1
- Get settled in accommodations and explore the house / hotel / accommodation at your choice
- Orientation meeting – open circle – information about the retreat and therapies, open debate, expectations
- Shamanic Ritual & Medicine Wheel
- Dinner
- Mauna / silence / time to go to sleep and self-meditation (we recommend that you do not use your smartphone or talk to other people, for a deeper connection with yourself and to understand the pure use of the word)


Day 2
- Shamanic Yoga, Kundalini Awakening, Meditation Breakfast & Free time
- Lunch & Free time to go for a walk / enjoy the sea / explore Ibiza / do extra therapies
- Shamanic Family Constellation & Shamanic Healing
- Dinner
- Mauna - silence - time to go to sleep and self-meditation (we recommend that you do not use your smartphone or talk to other people, for a deeper connection with yourself and to understand the pure use of the word)


Day 3
- Shamanic Yoga – Kundalini Awakening - Meditation
- Breakfast
- Conscious Movement Thereapy by the sea or into the forest
- Lunch & Free time to go for a walk / enjoy the sea / explore Ibiza / do extra therapies - Ancestral Massage or/and Sound bath therapy / Womb Healing/ Shamanic Cleansing
- Dinner
- Mauna - silence - time to go to sleep and self-meditation (we recommend that you do not use your smartphone or talk to other people, for a deeper connection with yourself and to understand the pure use of the word)


Day 4
- Shamanic Yoga – Kundalini Awakening - Meditation
- Closing Circle
